Founder, Jeff Hale, graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction, Architecture and Environmental Design in 1977. Prior to starting his company, he worked on the Galleria Office Tower, a Gerald Hines project in Dallas, Texas, various Trammell Crow projects in the Washington DC area as well as quick build service station projects for Exxon Mobil and Texaco in Texas, Georgia and Florida. WJ Hale Construction's first major project was with Conoco Philips, Mid Pac Petroleum and Chevron Oil Company. Using his three decades of experience, Jeff prides himself on focusing on both client and team.
Lucrecia (Luc) Cauilan - President & CEO
Lucrecia has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2017. She brings innovative concepts on project development, entrepreneurship and management to W.J. Hale Construction. With over 14 years of experience overseeing commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects. She has commitment to achieving project goals with efficiency, honesty, meeting deadlines, and high-quality work to every client.
