THE BEGINNING

All companies are representative of their founders, leaders, and people - WJ Hale Construction is no different.  In 1996 Jeff Hale decided to fulfill his dream and take on a sole leadership role by starting his company, WJ Hale Construction; focused on quality service and reliable execution.

picture-009Jeff Hale has more than three decades of experience working on multi-million dollar projects to building and developing gas stations to smaller renovations. His past projects have spanned across the Continental U.S. including Texas, California, Maryland, Florida, and Georgia.

Jeff is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Building Construction from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design.  Among Jeff's significant accomplishments is the Galleria in Texas where he worked with the Project Management team to complete a $32M tower.

In the early 1990's Jeff joined Pan Pacific Construction as Project Engineer and Manager. He managed such projects as the $6M Pua Pump Station in Hilo and the $19M Luana Hills Country Club in Maunawili.

Mr. Hale's experience with Pan Pacific Construction and his years in management led him to establish WJ Hale Construction.

Shell U.S. recognized WJ Hale Construction, Inc. for "Exemplary Contractor Safety Performance" from 2004-2007.

THE FUTURE

Since the beginning Jeff has led a team of experienced contractors and engineers to create an award-winning company that has the flexibility to bid on large multi-million dollar projects and smaller commercial projects. With numerous resources, and a well-built team, WJ Hale Construction, Inc. continues to commit itself to providing quality service and reliable execution.
