Jeff Hale | CEO
Founder, Jeff Hale, graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction, Architecture and Environmental Design in 1977. Prior to starting his company, he worked on the Galleria Office Tower, a Gerald Hines project in Dallas, Texas, various Trammell Crow projects in the Washington DC area as well as quick build service station projects for Exxon Mobil and Texaco in Texas, Georgia and Florida. WJ Hale Construction's first major project was with Conoco Philips, Mid Pac Petroleum and Chevron Oil Company. Using his three decades of experience, Jeff prides himself on focusing on both client and team.
Wendy Wang | Office Manager & Accountant
As the office manager and full charge bookkeeper, Wendy plays a major role in daily operations. With her previous experiences co-owning another construction company she provides simple and easy service for WJ Hale Clients. Wendy also spent 8 years as an accountant for a local law firm, allowing her to sharpen her professional approach to any situation.
Jun Estrellon | Senior Electrician
As a highly accomplished Electrician with extensive hands-on experience in all stages of construction, Jun is WJ Hale's Senior Electrician. Working in with WJ Hale for over 18 years, he possesses an intimate understanding of the details involved in running a successful project. His broad technical knowledge and high standards of work produce the finest quality. Continually providing exceptional wiring, he is a crucial asset as the Senior Electrician.
Roger Casido | Senior Carpenter
Senior Carpenter, Roger, has been in the construction business for over 30 years, with all types of projects including concrete tilt up wall panel, high rise and metal construction buildings. His experience and knowledge of construction adds assurance in completion of projects in a timely manner. Being a very "hands-on person", he is well informed of the newest trends in construction. Roger's experience and finesse has provided quality structures for WJ Hale over the past 20 years.
Mark Kaneakua | Managing Painter
Painting for over 30 years, and partnering with WJ Hale for over 15 years, Mark has professionally managed and finished countless commercial and industrial projects. As a master painter, he possesses a fine eye for detail in the completion of every project. From commercial interior work to painting various exterior materials, Mark has the capability to cover it all.
